Short-Term Accommodation Terms
Welcome to Bindoon Valley Escape. By booking accommodation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed. Confirmation details will be sent via email.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 2PM and check-out time is 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and potential fees.
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the cottage is 4 persons (including adults, children, and infants). No exceptions.
Guest Responsibilities: Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages caused by guests will result in charges for repair or replacement. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional fees.
Noise & Conduct: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during night hours, out of respect for neighbours and the peaceful environment. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. No exceptions.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available; please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on or in the property. This is a strict policy for the comfort of all guests and the safety of your pets and our livestock. No exceptions.
Liability: Bindoon Valley Escape is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their property during their stay, unless caused by negligence on our part. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Information Collection: We collect personal information necessary for processing your booking, such as your name, contact details, and payment information.
Use of Information: Your information is used solely for managing your booking, communicating with you, and improving our services. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required for booking processing (e.g., payment gateways) or by law.
Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Cookies: Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for cancellations or modifications to your booking.
Cancellation by Guest: Full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
Cancellation by Host: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates if suitable.
No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Modifications: Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges or be subject to the cancellation policy depending on the nature of the change.
